I have lived her for a year, community is very nice, very friendly neighbors and office staff. The complex amenities are ... wonderful, my son loves basketball, it has a basketball court, he loves swimming, there are two beautiful pools, and of coarse a awesome gym ,we have everything we love to do at our reach we don't have to go outside the gates. The added bonus for me is my job is only 2 minutes away which is God sent being I relocated here from Texas , being tired of driving almost a hour to work. Besides the apartments being nice, it also a joy seeing Emily, and Ashley, who run the office. Having dealt with Emily the ... most, since she sits right there at the fire line (front of office), I must say that she not only is SUPER FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL, but also VERY PROFESSIONAL. I feel comfortable to talk to her about any questions/concerns I may have, which have all being answered/handled immediately, but also just chatting with her as a friend. Kudos to Virginia & Alex
Me and hubby stayed at the Reserve's of Bossier for about seven months awaiting closing on our home. I cannot say enough ... about the Staff, especially Virginia (front office) and Alex (maintenance) . Warm, friendly, professional and HELPFUL!!! We had not lived in an apartment since college days and they made our stay non-eventful!!! I can truly say that if it had not been for Virginia, we would have moved to another location. Just her personality, professionalism, willingness to help with honest/correct answers our questions, issue resolver made our stay pleasant and enjoyable! Alex was successful in getting our initial maintenance needs taken care of within a short period of time...WOW!! Kudos to both of you. The grounds are well kept (pool, exercise room, playground, covered parking, garage on site for storage). These apartments are very nice with a good amount of storage. It has been awhile since I lived in an apartment and I was surprised at how quiet the apartment complex is. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues. I love that cable and internet are included in the rent.

The Reserve is really a great place to live. It is well maintained, staff is friendly and polite. Before moving in, we visited other complexes. One of the deciding factors for us to move in at the Reserve was the FREE CABLE AND INTERNET!
